I rated this a 3 as it is acceptable. I have a 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe. That model has a dash that makes it very hard to mount a phone holder. No flat surfaces. This does work by attaching to the windshield. It's mostly out of my line of sight. No concerns there. What I don't like is it makes putting a sun shield up very difficult and it is wobbly. I am using the longest arm. It's come loose once in the month ive had it and dropped my phone. I may not have had it very tight. I've thought about returning it as I just don't trust it. But technically there is nothing wrong with it. Worth a try if you don't have more traditional options.
