P0430 Code: Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank 2)In most cases, a vehicle with an inefficient catalytic converter will continue to run just fine. But if the converter is obstructed internally, it can cause poor engine performance and may even damage the engine in the long run.
P0042 Code: HO2S Heater Control Circuit Bank 1 Sensor 3Bank 1 is the side of the engine where the #1 cylinder is located. P0042 code is set when your car’s PCM determines a potential problem with the heater element circuit of the oxygen sensor.
Can You Drive Without a Catalytic Converter?Technically, yes. Older cars ran just fine before catalytic converters became commonplace in the 1970s. So, if your question is whether your car will run without one, then it most certainly will. But the other question you should be asking is—should you risk it?

P0316 Code: Engine Misfire Detected on Startup (First 1000 Revolutions)The PCM may disable the misfiring cylinder or cylinders in order to prevent further damage to the engine. Code P0316 is often listed in addition to one or more of the P0300 series codes that are associated with the misfiring cylinder/s.
P0134: O2 Sensor Circuit No Activity Detected (Bank 1, Sensor 1)The Bank 1 portion of the code refers to the side of the engine with the number one cylinder. Sensor 1 refers to the upstream O2 sensor.
