False Promises
Horrible experience and most likely won’t be using carparts in the future. When I placed my order it stated if I purchased within an 1hour and 40 minutes I would receive the part by September 10th. I had been looking at different suppliers but they wouldn’t be able to get them in time for what I needed even though they were $100 cheaper. So I trusted what your website indicated and ordered them right away. Not only did I not get them in time to have them installed as I had scheduled you hadn’t even shipped them out until after the date I should have received them. I was forced to have to reschedule to have them installed until next week and if I knew I wasn’t going to get them as stated I would have ordered from someone else who had them cheaper. Very disappointed
