Yes. you can tighten or screw in your oxygen sensor easily. The opposite way you removed the defective one(clockwise to tighten it).

2004 Nissan Titan 4WD -- Bought the 4-piece catalytic converter set and had numerous issues with fit. I'll say the driver side went on with no issues except for the heat shield (mentioned below). On the passenger side, different story. First, the O.D. of the pipe on the forward end of the rear pipe was larger than the I.D. on the aft end of the front assembly. The attached photos show my measurements of the rear assembly O.D., the front assembly I.D., and a photo of the compression ring obviously not fitting on the rear assembly's pipe. There was no possible way I would have gotten them to fit without damaging the parts. Second, the length of the passenger side rear catalytic converter was at least 3/8" shorter than the OEM assembly, and the combined length of the passenger side front and rear assemblies together was about 1"-1.5" shorter than OEM, which left a big gap between the muffler pipe. I had to make some modifications and reuse my 18 year old OEM rear assembly. Third, the headers on the front assemblies are larger than the OEM headers. This caused the oil dipstick tube to no longer fit during reassembly of the truck. I had to bend it multiple times on the fly to get it functional, which wasn't easy with the equipment I have. Fourth, the hole positions for the mounting of the OEM heat shield weren't even close to correct on both driver and passenger side--some were off about 0.5 inch. I had to modify the heat shield to make it work. All these issues cost me several additional hours of unnecessary work and grief. If I'd started with the passenger side, I probably would have stopped the project and sent everything back, but I desperately needed my truck running so I had to figure it out. My perception is these issues aren't manufacturing defects; they appear to be the design. If you venture down this road with these parts, I hope your experience is better. All said and done, 3 of the 4 parts in the set are currently installed in my truck and working fine. I'm filing a return for the passenger rear assembly.
