As per checking, this item does not come with installation hardware. We suggest getting those locally through a local auto supply store or the dealership.

The new cats fixed the emission error. Time will tell how long these replacement ones will last. Original ones lasted 14yrs.
As for installation, I too had to remove the transmission cross support beam on the 2002 4x4 Tahoe in order to remove the old cats with tubing. This replacement catalytic converters assembly didn't have the welded on bolts for connecting to the rest of the exhaust system but a couple bolts, nuts and washers took care of that issue.
A big plus with this replacement cat assembly is that it comes with the two required exhaust gasket! Wasn't clear in the description if it did or did not. I almost purchase them on the side but local shops were cheaper if I had to obtain them. So I choose to wait and see what came. They were included. So nice to have all the required parts included.
