Product Questions & Answers

Q:2011 Infiniti qx56 camshaft position sensor location?
Terrence T.
A:BEST ANSWERHi Terrence, I'm glad to assist you. For the 2011 Infiniti QX56, the camshaft position sensors are attached to the timing cover on the front of the engine. One sensor is for the intake camshaft on Bank 1 (driver's side), and the other is for the exhaust camshaft on Bank 2 (passenger's side). Replacing them involves disconnecting the electrical connectors, unbolting the old sensors, and installing new ones. Always remember to disconnect the battery before starting this procedure to ensure safety. Grab our lowest price and click the link below to buy it today.
