As per checking, this bumper is guaranteed to fit the 2006 Toyota Tundra SR5, extended cab pickup (Access Cab). When we say extended cab, it has 2 small windows behind the 2 regular front doors. You might also need the 2 bumper ends. Please click the link below:

2001 Toyota Tundra Limited front bumper replacement
Received it very fast. Excellent replacement kit to replace damaged bumper. After minimal corrective measures to mounting area, bumper was replaced. Minor directions would be helpful and is definitely a two person job
