Best Answer:Hi Tim,
This part features An Integrated License Plate Mount Pre-Cut Slots. You'll have to install the license plate before putting the bar on the truck as there is not much clearance.

I bought this a few weeks ago for my 2018 GMC Canyon AllTerrain.
I just installed it this weekend.
The installation was relatively easy although the tow hook bolts weren't the easiest to get at.
Fit was perfect and the textured finish on the bar is sweet.
