Best Answer:Hi Got, I'm glad to be of assistance to you. Spray a lot of brake cleaner all over the front and back of the rotor. If the rotor has too much grease, spray it or rub it down with hot, soapy water, and then scrub it with a cleaning brush. With a microfiber cloth, wipe down the rotor. Make sure that the rotor is completely clean and dry before installing it. Bedding in or breaking in your brakes helps transfer an even layer of brake pad material onto the brake rotor, which assists in smoother brake operation and improved braking power. Rotors and calipers wrong
The rotors were too deep on the internal dimensions and locked up against the knuckle as soon as the lug nuts were tightened. And then I received the calipers without brackets.

Powerstop Disc Pad and Rotor Kit
Jeep Grand Cherakees, my biggest complaint. Never had enough brakes.
I installed a set of Powerstop pads and rotors. No comparison. The difference is amazing. You must follow the break-in procedure though or you won't see the results. Pay close attention to these. you will get a longer life span from the pads and rotors. Oh, and you will see a bit more brake dust than usual. Don't worry about it, clean the rim and keep going.
