A:BEST ANSWERHi Got, I'm glad to be of assistance to you. Spray a lot of brake cleaner all over the front and back of the rotor. If the rotor has too much grease, spray it or rub it down with hot, soapy water, and then scrub it with a cleaning brush. With a microfiber cloth, wipe down the rotor. Make sure that the rotor is completely clean and dry before installing it. Bedding in or breaking in your brakes helps transfer an even layer of brake pad material onto the brake rotor, which assists in smoother brake operation and improved braking power.
