A:BEST ANSWERHi Robert , I'm glad to help you out. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please simply call our sales hotline(1-866-529-0412) and ask to be transferred to returns department for an RMA processing for the old Core part. Returns department would email you an RMA (Return merchandise Authorization). There includes the address where you have to ship the old part back to our warehouse and you will have to pay for shipping the core back to our warehouse. Once we receive the core part.
