Q:What is the size of the motor that sticks thru the firewall. Just the motor size should be like 3 inches or smaller.  All the parts I buy say 3 inches and that's to big to fit thru the circle in the firewall.  1989 wrangler 4.0l? Show Less
Behr T.
A:BEST ANSWERHi Behr, I'm pleased to assist you. The motor housing diameter is approximately 3.125 inches, this is close to 3 inches, but still slightly larger than the firewall hole. The blower motor shaft diameter is typically around 5/8 inches (0.625 inches), this should fit comfortably through the 3.15-inch firewall hole. Check if there is a way to make it fit. If there is, click the link below to continue ordering today before the sale ends. Happy shopping! https://www.carparts.com/blower-motor/omix/o321790402?can=CPGG4850_CSQA_20240109 Show less
