Product Questions & Answers

Q:I replaced the blower motor resistor due to the fan continuously running when shorting off the ignition switch, I install the new resistor I order from you and replaced it but the fan blower still ran again when I plugged the new resistor in, any suggestions as to what else could cause this problem to continue or any other diagnostics I should do? Show Less

A:BEST ANSWERHi Michael, I'm pleased to assist you. The blower motor resistor is responsible for controlling the blower motor speed. We recommend having the vehicle checked by a certified mechanic as it needs real-time troubleshooting and diagnosis to determine what part/s need replacement/s. Have a good one. Show less
