received it quickly, packaged well Jeep Liberty 2004, had to take off glove box cover(push holding tab inwards on each side, drops lid down, slide to right, comes right off). Leaves a great view of junction plug, and resistor unit is held to wall with 2 bolts, each needs removal with socket extension bolt remover, carefully remove resistor, unplug plastic wire junction, put new resistor on plug (just plugs in) and refit into opening, screw bolts back in, and it worked... like replacing a light bulb Even a geek like me did it, and make sure lots of lighting available, it is dark in there
