Nissan is readying to launch the new generation of the Qashqai, otherwise known as the Rogue Sport in the United States. In a video teaser released by the company, it revealed that the compact crossover will be unveiled on February 18 at 11:00 AM CET.

The 15-second clip shows the new Rogue Sport’s revised exterior, cabin, and front end. The unique headlight design serves as the center of attention with its diagonal LED running light. It also sports a 12.6-inch digital instrument cluster that doubles as a massive display for navigation info. Right on top of the center stack is the infotainment system, plus a few physical buttons below the screen for quick access to the main menu, audio, navigation, and camera.

Nissan is offering a perforated leather and diamond-shaped embroidery for the vehicle’s upholstery, which guarantees it a premium look.

A full view of the dashboard was shown in an earlier teaser, where it was revealed that a separate display for the HVAC system (temperature and fan settings) will be included. For the higher trim levels of the Rogue Sport, a 10.8-inch head-up display and a set of 10-speaker Bose stereo will also be available.

While the teaser and February 18 reveal is dedicated to the Qashqai, which is the global version of the Rogue Sport, the same features and dimensions are expected when the model arrives in America. The crossover measures 35 millimeters longer than its predecessor, while the wheelbase gets a 20-millimeter increase. Cabin space is also expanded with the addition of a 28-millimeter knee room for rear-seat passengers.

The Nissan Rogue Sport will be available with a mild-hybrid 1.3-liter turbocharged engine that delivers 138 horsepower on a manual transmission or 158 horsepower on a continuously variable transmission. Buyers will have the option between a front- and all-wheel-drive layout, while an e-Power hybrid version is expected to arrive at a later date.
