Product Questions & Answers

Q:I have a question about what could be wrong with my car? It won’t start and it has a brand new battery, starter, and the alternator was tested and is good. Tried the fuse/circuit light tester to see if anything was draining the battery but nothing came up and when I took it to auto store the computer didn’t pick up any codes. It will crank up once it’s jumped but not on it’s own. It’s a 1999 Honda Accord. Show Less

A:BEST ANSWERHi Amy, I'm glad to assist you. If you have brought that to a car repair shop already, the problem should have been identified by now. We cannot give any reasonable input except to have a 2nd opinion on another vehicle repair shop so the mechanics there can perform an extensive and thorough troubleshooting and diagnostic. I hope this helps. Happy shopping. Show less
