The bolts included with these had a different thread pitch than the ones in the old ball joints, and stripped some of the threads out in one of the steering knuckles on my Volvo XC90, which would have been quite costly to replace if we werent able to get it on (although with far more difficulty) with the old bolts. The other ball joint went on easily with the old bolts.
