All worked with modifications.
Ball joint fit in control arm but grease fitting is in the way of axle ,original has no grease fitting. Local Auto supply houses don’t have cap to fill hole. Was able to make aThreaded cap to to plug grease fitting hole. Ball joint nut slots for cotter pin weren’t deep enough but was able to reuse original nut.

Works and firs great but grease fitting too tall
The Ball Joint installed fine and It appears to be identical to Honda's shaft in every way except the addition of a zirc fitting on top. Having a grease fitting is great the fitting is about 1/2" tall and there is a 1/4" at best to clear the rotating shaft above. I greased it then stuck it in with out the fitting. I then put a dab of RTV on top. Would be nice if it came with a little rubber plug or something.
