How is the ABS module reprogrammed? Are special scan tools or other equipment required or will I need to carry the vehicle and remanufactured module to my local GMC dealer?Ted in FLJun 04, 2023

Oe Solutions Series Abs Control Module, Remanufactured
Do your research online and consider replacing the ABS control module first
Finally solved my ABS issue with my GMC Envoy XL. Even though no OBD-II error codes were found by me or the dealer, I started by replacing the front hubs with new wheel speed sensors as well as the rear speed sensor mounted at the transmission since this is a high mileage vehicle. Unfortunately, the initial repairs did not eliminate the issue. Once I ordered and installed this remanufactured ABS control module, my issue was resolved and normal operation of the ABS system returned. The core return process/instructions were a bit strict and could be streamlined/improved or preferably included with the new part along with the required RMA #; however, I anticipate receiving my refund within the next few weeks.
