Hello, I've purchased a radiator from your company and I just received it and opened the top of the box and first thing I noticed is there's no radiator cap. The customer service representative I spoke to asked me to describe to her what a radiator cap was!!!! I'm concerned now about what I will be receiving in the mail. I tried to ask if they were confident in what I'm being sent is in fact the radiator cap and will it be the one that fits this radiator? Please can you help me to make sure that I receive the correct radiator cap? Not a good product
This product was the right item ordered but it was manufactured wrong. because the metal hoses did not line up with the metal hoses that came from my car. Also, there was some damage to the part.This part and one other part that came from New Jersey,which was broke, Ihad problems with.
