Radiator Support Assembly
A very good choice if you are a handyman and can make a plan.
I liked the price and the quick delivery time. The steel is thin but then you are getting what you pay for and it is only to hold the radiator, headlights etc anyway. The many clips have to be swapped over from the old part but that was no problem really. One downside is that the Airbag sensors are rivetted on so big rivets were needed which I didn't have. Bolts and nuts are not an option here. Also not a major problem to get at Lowes... just more of a hassle and delay. The worst problem was that the plastic sliding clips that hold the headlights in need to go over a special rivet with a stepped flange to match the clip. These Flanged rivets admittedly can be purchased online but I am a machinist so I turned my own 'rivets' from aluminum (basically just a top-hat bush) and used a bolt and nut through them and the Radiator Support. Again it wasn't a huge thing for a machinist but not everyone has access to machines. Would I buy the same part again? Yes I would! It saved me plenty.
