Product Questions & Answers

Q:when I turn off my 88 chevy K1500 my four ways stay blinking as well as I am driving WHY???? Show Less
Linde C.
A:BEST ANSWERHi Linde, I'm glad to assist you. If your four-way hazard lights (hazard flashers) continue to blink even after you turn off the switch and it persists while driving, there may be an issue with the hazard light switch or a short on the wiring. The other possibility is a stuck hazard light switch, in the "on" position. We cannot pinpoint the exact part to be replaced for now. I hope this helps! Show less

Shopping for Oldsmobile Delta 88 Parts

The roomy interior and powerful V6 engine of your Oldsmobile Delta 88 are only two of the many reasons why it’s capable of providing so much utility. However, even though it’s a great full-size family car, the Delta 88 is not immune to the damage that comes with old age and daily driving. Some of its parts can fail over time. Here at CarParts.com, we offer high-quality Oldsmobile Delta 88 parts at competitive prices to help you repair your car without breaking the bank!

Oldsmobile Delta 88: Commonly Replaced Parts

Many Oldsmobile Delta 88 owners have reported various engine problems, such as stalling and engine oil leaks. They’re usually caused by a faulty mass air flow, crankshaft position sensor, or intake manifold gasket. Some owners have also complained about anti-theft system issues that prevented their cars from starting.

The Oldsmobile Delta 88 could also develop problems with the anti-lock brake system or ABS. Some owners have reported that their ABS light turned on randomly due to a failing ABS pressure modulator valve assembly. Other crucial parts in your Oldsmobile Delta 88 that can wear out and fail are the fuel pump, high-pressure power steering hose, front struts, water pump, and transmission cooler lines.

These are only some of the problems that your Oldsmobile Delta 88 could develop over time. The good news is that most of them can be easily sorted out by replacing the damaged or faulty parts. At CarParts.com, you can find replacement components specifically designed for your car, so you can get your Delta 88 back on the road in no time.

Oldsmobile Delta 88 Aftermarket Parts

OE and aftermarket components for the Oldsmobile Delta 88 are the same in terms of quality. They are manufactured from sturdy materials and go through stringent quality control processes to ensure their durability and performance.

However, if you’re trying to save on vehicle repairs, aftermarket parts are the way to go. They are more affordable than their OE counterparts because they don’t carry the automaker’s brand. They’re also easier to source and available in more styles and configurations because several manufacturers produce them.
