Does this hitch, 13550, replace the oem hitch that is installed on my vehicle? Or does it mount under the oem that is on it.

If the vehicle is equipped with an OEM hitch, you cannot use both receivers at the same time. This may overload and cause damage to the vehicle. Please click the link below for the installation guide.
