This lock actuator was a perfect fit for my 2013 Chrysler T&C van. It fit into the RH rear sliding door module and allowed me to make the repair for around $30 rather than the approximately $300 cost for replacing the complete rear module that includes the rear pull-in locking motor that was still working fine. Unfortunately the door lock design on these vans is not very robust and results in these lock actuators failing frequently.
