Driver Side Tail Light, Without Bulb, Halogen, Clear And Red Lens, Hybrid Model
Part looks good, fits perfectly, but bulb holders a little tight. Delivery estimate off by couple of days
I ordered this rear tail light assembly 2012 Highlander Hybrid. The tail light assembly (DEPO) fit perfectly, but the plastic channels which hold the tail lights in were a little tight, and required some more than gentle persuasion to get in. This is potentially a long term issue, since due to Toyota design, you have to squeeze your hand into a tiny access hole to replace the tail lamps, so there's not a lot of room to get a good grip or apply a lot of torque. As far as ordering process, estimates for arrival time listed when I ordered this "in stock" item were early by a couple of days. I received notification that the item had shipped a full 2 days before FedEx listed anything other than "shipping number printed". I received an email on the estimated date of delivery saying tha the part had been delayed due to "warehouse issues." Frustratingly, even after FedEx tracker showed that item was actually on its way, arrival dates were still wrong, at one point showing the estimated date of delivery to be the previous day (!?).
