Help Series Wiper Arm - Front, Passenger Side, Black, Steel, Direct Fit, Sold Individually
Not a good choice
I installed these L & R wiper arms on my 2001 T&C. Did not use them due to lack of rain for several months. Found the wipers were now skidding on the windshield, making a horrible noise. Bought new Chrysler wipers. Now less skidding but still terrible noise. Then driver's side wiper came off while driving 70 in a rainstorm. Found that it would not latch on this arm. The locking slot in the arm is incorrectly located and does not lock the Chrysler wiper in place. However, the arm holds non Chrysler blades okay. After changing blades again, the noise from the passenger side blade continued. Checked preload force of arms. Found passenger side was way too light causing blade to flop, making this noise. Replaced arms w/ Chrysler parts. Now, no problems!
