Best Answer:Hi Al, That outer tie rod with a grease nipple is a serviceable type. That would still be fine compared to a non greasable type. The one with a grease fitting would last longer and as long as the one you purchased is a direct fit part for your vehicle. You can also check with your mechanic about this to be accurate.
