Best Answer:Hello! The connector should be the same as your vehicle's original connector. If so, then you can connect the wires by pin orientation. The last wire can remain disconnected.

The strainer on the fuel-sending unit may also be clogged, preventing the pump from drawing enough fuel. It is preferable to replace the pump with sending unit, and pressure sensor. Best Answer:Hi Mark, That depends on your vehicle application. Some are separate from the pump and others are built in to the fuel pump assembly already. This is for 2 door models for the 1997 to 2002 GMC Jimmy/Blazer 4.3L engine. There are fuel pumps also for the 4 door models as well.
