Purchased to replace my exterior side sliding door handle on my 2006 Dodge sprinter 3500. This new handle lock is not quite the same. The leaver mechanism that triggers the handle release is facing the opening door side where as the original designed protrudes towards the sliding door side where is spring door release is located. Fortunately, I was able to reuse my original key lock section with this new handle portion. (handle is two parts- key lock and pull handle) Otherwise, this part will not align correctly to open the door Gave 3 stars because I was able to use the pull-handle portion and make it work. Wish you sold just this pull handle section since it was all I needed.
