Good part, shipping frustrating
Would have been a 5 except the shipping yo-yo. I appreciate the free shipping but the item arrived 4 days later than the initial projection. Got an email that said it would arrive earlier, followed by consecutive emails pushing it later. I understand a day off, but you can't run a business having it be off by 4 days. Part was perfect - great fit, all correctly aligned, and no problem in functionality.

Vent window motor
installed a window vent motor and lasted a couple of days and the unit came apart where glued from factory. I call and they sent another unit and replaced the faulty unit.
