Excellent Product...
Great product, not the easiest part to change out, not because of the product, but because of the design of the RX300 and the radiator & radiator fans themselves. Fans have to come out with the radiator together as a unit, not seperately. Not enough room to pull the fans and leave the radiator in the car also with the A/C condenser in the way.
