Despite this and other sites claiming this only fits the 2015 Yukon, I tried it on a 2019 so that I could install tow hooks without having to cut my own holes in the trim, and it fits just fine without any custom modification. Pretty tough to get the original out, but it was worth it.

I wanted to replace this trim piece because I don’t need a front plate anymore. I figured since I was doing it, I might as well man the vehicle up a touch and add some tow hooks. Trim was way cheaper than the dealer on CarParts website.
