This is without parking sensor holes and for models with signature lighting up to Dec. 1 2014. The other option is with parking sensor holes with part number REPLN010304P. This is an excellent replacement. The basic shape is not exact but close enough. I would even say that it is slightly better than the original because the original was not painted. This has a nice black powder coat on it. I suspect it will last a long time.
