The kit was well-packaged and the parts perfectly matched the OEM. The rotors were totally rust-free, had the machined cross-hatch on the stopping surfaces, and they were wrapped in plastic with a very light cosmoline-like coating to prevent rust, so that stuff needed to be washed off with brake parts cleaner. The pads are good quality with the anti-squeal shim already attached.
Perfect fit. Just like factory. The rotors are indistinguishable from the OEM and, at this juncture, they appear to be of very high quality, including the finish. The pads are also a perfect match for the OEM
On the 2006 Explorer, rotor and pad replacement is straightforward. The caliper cage has to be removed (as with most vehicles) after the caliper has been removed and secured to prevent it hanging by the brake hose. The new anti-rattle hardware was a perfect fit.

Great overall value for this SureStop front brake disc and pad kit. I highly recommend this pad and rotor set. Unlike some of the pad sets that come with multiple sets of hardware, this set came with exactly what was needed, and everything fit exactly as it was supposed to.
