Step 1: Turn off the engine and engage the parking brake.
Step 2: Pull the hood release handle and open the hood.
Step 3: Locate eight screws and nuts holding the grille assembly. Use a 10mm wrench to unscrew them.
Step 4: Close the hood gently. Use a plastic fork to pry the top of the grille assembly, releasing four clips from the hood. These clips might break.
Step 5: Remove any remaining parts of broken clips from the hood using needle-nose pliers.
Step 6: Apply penetrating oil to retaining nuts holding the Ford emblem. Use a ratchet and 10mm socket to unscrew them.
Step 7: Take off the emblem. Put it onto the new grille assembly and screw it back in place.
Step 8: Apply a small amount of grease to hood openings where new clips will go.
Step 9: Put the new grille assembly onto the front. Press the top to lock clips in place.
Step 10: Open the hood. Screw the eight screws and nuts back onto the grille assembly.
