Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Turn off your engine and set the parking brake.
Step 2: Open the tailgate of your vehicle.
Step 3: Using a ratchet and a T25 Torx socket, remove the two screws attaching the taillight assembly to the vehicle body.
Step 4: Gently pull back on the light assembly to release it from the retainers at the outside edge.
Step 5: Disconnect the electrical connectors from the taillight assembly by pulling on the tab and then on the connector.
Step 6: Once the connectors are detached, remove the old tail light assembly.
Step 7: Take the new tail light, ensuring that all bulbs are supplied with it.
Step 8: Reconnect the electrical connectors to the new tail light assembly.
Step 9: Position the new light back into the body, securing it with the retainers.
Step 10: Screw in the two holding screws to firmly attach the taillight assembly to the vehicle body.
Step 11: Operation complete.
