What if there is a problem with the repair?

In the event your part installation is faulty, you may return to the shop to complete the work again at no additional charge.

How long is the quoted price guaranteed?

In most cases, the shop will provide a price guaranteed for 7 days from the date first quoted. Prices are subject to change if you reschedule your appointment to occur 30+ days past your original order.

What if my final quote is higher than the initial quote provided?

Keep in mind that estimates do not include any additional repairs or services agreed to at the time of visit, as well as local taxes, disposal fees, or diagnostic charges. Because predicting unforeseen repairs isn't possible, your final quote may be higher.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel my appointment?

After you make a booking, you'll receive a confirmation email with steps to take if you need to reschedule or cancel.

If qualified, your $50 cash back will be issued as a refund back to your original form of payment (used while purchasing the part) within 7 days following CarParts.com’s verification of appointment completion and payment.
