CarParts.com offers a better shopping experience, thanks to our newly redesigned website—it’s faster, more user-friendly, and completely mobile responsive. We believe that this improved platform will allow us to better serve our Auto Parts Warehouse customers.

Auto Parts Warehouse and CarParts.com are both subsidiaries of the same parent company, which is U.S. Auto Parts Network, Inc. This is why you can expect the same competitive pricing on direct-fit, top quality automotive parts.

All orders placed through Auto Parts Warehouse will be fulfilled and will arrive as scheduled. If you have an existing account with CarParts.com under the same email address as your Auto Parts Warehouse account, your order will automatically show up in your CarParts.com account.

If you have an account with Auto Parts Warehouse but do not have one with CarParts.com, we will automatically create an account for you using the information you previously provided. You will be able to log in using the same credentials associated with your Auto Parts Warehouse account. You will also be able to see any outstanding Auto Parts Warehouse orders in your new CarParts.com account.

Shipping will not be affected. All orders are expected to arrive as scheduled. If you are expecting an order from Auto Parts Warehouse that is scheduled to arrive on or after April 30, 2020, please be on the lookout for email updates on your order.

You can also check the order status in your new account with CarParts.com, which will be automatically created for you if you had an existing account with Auto Parts Warehouse.

All customers will receive an email with tracking details once their orders have shipped. The email will also include a link where you can view shipment status and sign up for mobile text notifications.

If you had an existing account with Auto Parts Warehouse, we will automatically create an account for you on CarParts.com, which you will be able to access with the same APW login credentials. Any outstanding Auto Parts Warehouse orders will be transferred to your new CarParts.com account.

If you were previously subscribed to the Auto Parts Warehouse mailing list, your account will be transferred to CarParts.com. After the consolidation, you will start receiving newsletters and promotional emails from CarParts.com.

“Business Transfers. If we are acquired by or merged with another company, if substantially all of our assets are transferred to another company, or as part of a bankruptcy proceeding, we may transfer the information we have collected from you to the acquiring company. You acknowledge and agree that any successor to our acquirer, our company or the Sites will continue to have the right to use your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.”
