If the problem persists even if you have replaced all those parts you have mentioned, It is possible that the rear brake proportioning valve could be the problem or the rear driver brake caliper is faulty. Double-check all the components that were replaced to ensure those are correctly installed and functioning. Check for any visible damage or misalignment. Check if the caliper piston retracts properly when the brake pedal is released. If good, the issue could be hydraulic, pointing to the brake proportioning valve. You can also use a brake line pressure gauge to compare the pressure in the left and right brake lines. If pressure is uneven, there's a big chance the brake proportioning valve is at fault.
