Hi there,
The trouble code P050A
stands for “Cold Start Idle Control System Performance,” and it's logged when the PCM can't control the engine's RPM. Clogged air filters, faulty mass airflow sensors, and wiring issues are some of the problems that can trigger this trouble code. In most modern vehicle's today, it is located on or near the throttle body. Click this link for more specific details about this problem from our Auto Repair 101 blog online resource. I hope this helps!
