Hi there,
Since you have not had your vehicle checked for a diagnostic in a shop yet, here are possible sources of the problem:
1. Ignition system issues. Possible defective/faulty spark plugs or ignition coils. Any malfunctioning parts like this will make the engine stall.
2. Fuel system issues. A bad fuel pump, a clogged fuel filter, or a faulty fuel pressure sensor will cause the engine to stall after running for a short period.
3. Malfunctioning engine sensors. A bad mass air flow sensor or a defective crankshaft/camshaft position sensor will eventually cause the engine to stall
