If you have already replaced the relay, switch, and blower motor resistor, here are other additional possibilities to consider:
1. Wiring issues. Inspect or trace the wiring/s for any corrosion, loose socket connectors, or damaged wiring harness that could prevent the heater fan from operating.
2. Faulty HVAC module. If this part turns defective, it will not send the correct signal to the blower motor. It should be replaced if is bad.
3. Grounding issues. Inspect the ground points/locations related to the HVAS system. Poor grounding can affect the flow of electricity to the main components.
4. Blower motor failure. The blower motor itself could be bad already. Test the blower motor by using jumper cable wires.
