More than likely this could be a fuse issue have this checked out as it's dangerous to drive at nights without the proper lights

Hi there,
The erratic behavior of your vehicle's lights points to some electrical issues. Here are the top four possible causes of the problem you are experiencing:
1. Grounding issue. The blinkers and headlight share a common ground connection. A loose or corroded wiring ground can cause the lights to flicker or turn off altogether when other electrical components are switched on. The bump might have temporarily reconnected the loose ground, explaining the temporary fix.
2. Defective blinker switch. A malfunctioning blinker switch could send incorrect signals to the headlight circuit, causing them to turn off momentarily.
3. Wiring issue. Damaged or worn-out wiring in the headlight circuit could cause shorts or malfunctions triggered by bumps or electrical load changes.
4. High beam switch issue. A faulty switch could be causing a complete blackout when engaged.
I hope this helps!
