So, those codes are all misfire codes. I'd recommend that you begin by checking and replacing spark plugs and ignition coils for affected cylinders (5, 6, 7). Address potential fuel injector issues and inspect for vacuum leaks, air intake obstructions, and the functionality of the MAF sensor. Perform a compression test on the specified cylinders, examine the CKP sensor, and consider updating the ECM software.

failing coal pack or multiple failing spark plugs change the the spark plugs if no change use an inline spark plug tester, multiple bad plugs not uncommon if still no change next step is compression test/cylinder leakage test is the next step, common fault where the valves dont seat correctly.correctly.You may luck out and only need plugs usually this is the issue and or coilcoil pack...is that a coil on plug engine I forforget when you change the plugs you will know immediately they will be all f...... up. hope this helps

Hi there, Adaline!
Looks like you've got a bit of a misfire party happening in your 2008 Mercedes CLS550, specifically on Bank 1. The P0300 code indicates multiple misfires, while P0305, P0306, and P0307 point to specific cylinders.
Now, the usual suspects for misfires include spark plugs, ignition coils, and fuel injectors. Given that it's on Bank 1, it might be worth checking those components on that side of the engine. Start by inspecting the spark plugs – worn-out or fouled plugs can mess with your combustion game. If they look suspect, swap 'em out.
Next up, ignition coils. These can go wonky and cause misfires. Consider swapping the coils between cylinders to see if the misfires move with them. If they do, you've probably found the culprit.
And don't forget about the fuel injectors. They can get clogged or start acting up, causing a misfire party of their own. A good fuel injector cleaner might be a quick fix, but if that doesn't do the trick, you might need to replace the troublesome injector.
So, in a nutshell: spark plugs, ignition coils, and fuel injectors on Bank 1. Give 'em a look, and you might just kick those misfires to the curb.
You'll need some parts in the process, click this link to be directed to our website where your vehicle information has already been entered. Simply enter the part's name into the search field to get started.
Good luck under the hood!
