If your wipers won't turn off, it could be a faulty wiper switch on the steering column, a malfunctioning wiper motor relay, or a defective wiper motor. Check the switch for proper operation, inspect the wiper motor relay in the fuse box, and consider testing the wiper motor itself.

Hi there,
There are several causes of why your wiper is intermittently malfunctioning. Please check this possible causes:
1. Defective wiper switch. Internal circuit problems over time happens. Some defective component is causing the malfunction.
2. Faulty wiper relay. The relay controls the power going to the wiper motor. A faulty relay could send continuous power, keeping the wipers running.
3. Wiper motor issues. The wiper motor is responsible for driving the wiper blades. If it is faulty already, it may not respond correctly to the signals from the wiper switch.
4. Faulty Park switch. The switch could be stuck in the "on" position or have internal malfunctions causing the issues you are encountering.

Wipers have nothing to do with turn signal switch, close by but totally different switches. Its a bad wiper module..Pull the cover from the wiper motor and replace the circuit board. Most of the time you can see where its burned...
