It's unlikely to be a clogged heater core hose, but issues with the blend door actuator or the HVAC system could easily be the culprit

Hi there,
That problem you are encountering shows a faulty blend door actuator. The blend door actuator controls the position of the blend door inside the HVAC unit. This door mixes hot and cold air to regulate the temperature inside the vehicle. Since each side of the dashboard has its own blend door and actuator, if one is stuck or broken, it will fail to mix the air properly leading to uneven temperatures. Try flushing heater core because it might have clogs on one side.
