There is no "best" when it comes to tires, it all depends on the way the vehicle is used, the age and expected remaining life of the vehicle, and the price / value calculation. That said, I've had very good experience with Mastercraft tires, which are a good value brand. These are a good option for a vehicle that maybe needs its last set of tires; in other words, one that has perhaps 200,000 miles on it and is still running well, with all other systems in good condition.
