While a bad ignition switch could potentially cause issues with the starting circuit and related components, it's not a direct or common cause for the specific diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) P2534 and P069E you mentioned. These codes are more directly related to the ignition switch run/start position circuit and the fuel pump control module, respectively.

Hi there, Yes. The trouble code P2534 shows an "ignition switch run/start position circuit low." It is logged when the module detects a voltage below the manufacturer-specified value. A defective ignition switch, wiring, or connector in the circuit could be causing a low voltage reading. Click this link for more details of the diagnostic code. Our CarParts blog reference should give you clear details about it. We hope this helps much!

I have found my #14 fuse was blown and it blows again as soon as I start my car. The car runs and revs up but doesn't idle very well and can't get it in reverse now. Lock out solenoid I see is on the #14 fuse along with maf sensor and FPCM . How can I check then both ? Thank you for any help
