2014 BRZ is only blowing air through main vents, not dash/floor/fogger. A/C is working properly and the temps chan Hvac Heater Blend Door Actuator

The power of the air is well controlled (low-med-high) and functioning
A/C is cold
Heat is hot
It will only blow out of the main vents though, not the top defog vents or the floor vents, regardless of mode or temp.
Noc licking sound can be heard. I think it's the bled door, bt i don't know how to easily diagnose this w/o going to mechanic.

The issue could indeed be related to an issue with the heater blend door or the blend door actuator. Here are some steps you can take to diagnose the problem and/or fix your issue.

Check for diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs, I'd start with this), check the mode selector control, listen for actuator Movement, inspect the blend door actuator, manually move the blend door to see if stuck, and performing a HVAC system reset be disconnecting the battery for a few minutes.

Another helpful input, Moeflood! In hindsight, the problem is isolated to the airflow going through the vents. The number one reason should be the best option to troubleshoot first.
