Hi there,
Are you referring to the air conditioning climate and control? If so, it possible that the blend door actuator motor is not working as it is expected. That part controls and regulates the amount of hot and cold air going inside the vehicle cabin. If the part is faulty, it will prevent the air from being properly mixed causing the vehicle's a/c system not to blow hot air. To test a blend door actuator, you need a scan tool or an ohmmeter. I hope this helps!

Are you losing coolant?? If so it's probably the heater core!!

The first thing after checking the antifreeze level, would be replacing the thermostat. That's usually the cheapest and easiest fix, before tearing the dash apart. I try to make it a habit to go from easiest to most difficult. If your thermostat isn't closing all the way, your coolant will not get hot enough to heat your car.
